On this tour through the BEAR SANCTUARY you will be guided by one of our exBEARts. Get the chance to learn more about the biology of bears in general, hear interesting stories about the bears residing here and get background information about the work with these proud animals.

| Important information | It is required to get your ticket validated by the staff at our ticket office on site. Please note that fast lane or contact-free admission is not possible with the online ticket. Our team will try with utmost effort to keep the waiting period at the entrance as short as possible. Guided tours will take place at any weather. In order to ensure the safety of visitors and staff members, guided tours will be cancelled or postponed, if there is a risk of a thunderstorm or severe wind. In this case an alternative date for a guided tour will be offered without additional costs. The BÄRENWALD is open for visitors daily from Easter to All Hallows' Day, 10 am - 6 pm. Children under the age of 6 have free admission! Dogs (on a leash) also have free admission and are very welcome! Should you be prevented to participate on the tour for any reason, we kindly ask of you to contact us via e-mail at office@baerendald.at or via phone +4328137604.
